Dermal Fillers

Hyaluronic acid placed to restore support where the face has lost it — by area, not by syringe count.

Facial ageing is largely a story of loss. Fat pads descend and diminish, bone resorbs at the orbital rim and the jaw, and skin loses the hyaluronic acid that binds water and keeps it full. Filler addresses that directly: the gel occupies the space where tissue has receded and draws water into it. Different regions demand different properties, which is why the range exists — a filler that must project a chin needs firmness, while one placed in a tear trough must be minimally hydrophilic or it will hold water and puff. We work with the Juvederm range from Allergan, Restylane from Galderma and Revanesse Versa from Prollenium, and the product is selected for the area rather than chosen in advance. Selection and placement, far more than brand, determine whether a result looks like you. The tear trough is the most technically demanding area we treat and is performed only by a senior injector.

18 treatments

Juvederm (Allergan) - Per Syringe

Hyaluronic acid dermal filler from Allergan's Juvederm range, charged per syringe. The range runs from soft gels used for lip filler and fine lines through to firm structural products for cheek, chin and jawline definition, and the formulation is selected to suit the area being treated rather than chosen in advance.

Restylane (Galderma) - Per Syringe

Hyaluronic acid dermal filler from Galderma's Restylane range, charged per syringe. The range includes flexible gels that move naturally in expressive areas such as the lips and smile lines, and firmer formulations for cheek lift and jawline contour.

Dermal Filler - Half Syringe (0.5 ml)

Half a syringe of hyaluronic acid filler for a subtle correction or a first treatment.

Dermal Filler - Full Syringe (1 ml)

A full syringe of hyaluronic acid filler. Product selected to suit the area treated.

Under-Eye / Tear Trough Filler

Softens hollowing and shadowing beneath the eyes. Technically demanding and performed only by a senior injector.

Cheek Filler

Restores mid-face volume and lifts the cheekbone contour.

Chin Filler

Improves chin projection and balances the lower face in profile.

Jawline Filler

Sharpens jawline definition and improves the transition from jaw to neck.

Smile Lines / Nasolabial Filler

Softens the folds running from nose to mouth corners.

Marionette Lines Filler

Softens the lines running down from the mouth corners toward the chin.

Temple Filler

Restores volume to hollowing at the temples, softening the upper-face outline.

Hand Rejuvenation Filler

Restores volume to the back of the hands, softening the appearance of tendons and veins.

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty

Filler used to smooth a dorsal bump, lift the tip or improve nasal symmetry without surgery.

Full-Face Filler Package - 3 Syringes

Three syringes used across multiple areas in one appointment, priced below the single-syringe rate.

Filler Dissolve (Hyaluronidase)

Enzyme treatment to dissolve hyaluronic acid filler, whether placed here or elsewhere. Patch testing may be required.

Revanesse Versa (Prollenium) - Per Syringe

Hyaluronic acid dermal filler from Prollenium's Revanesse Versa range, charged per syringe. Its gel particles are more uniform in size than most hyaluronic acid fillers, which the manufacturer associates with less swelling in the days after treatment. Used for lips, smile lines and general facial contour.

Piriform Aperture Filler

Filler placed at the piriform aperture, the bony opening at the base of the nose that recedes with age. Restoring support here lifts the base of the nose and the upper lip and softens deep smile lines at their origin, which often achieves more than filling the nasolabial fold directly.

Chin Shadow / Prejowl Filler

Filler placed in the prejowl sulcus, the hollow that forms either side of the chin as the jawline loses bone support. Smoothing that step removes the shadow that reads as an early jowl and restores a continuous line from chin to jaw.

Common questions

How is under-eye or tear trough filler different from other areas?

It is the most technically demanding filler we place. The skin is thin, the anatomy is unforgiving, and a product that holds too much water will puff rather than smooth. It is performed only by a senior injector, and for some patients PRP or EZ Gel is the better answer than hyaluronic acid.

What is a non-surgical rhinoplasty?

Filler used to smooth a dorsal bump, lift the tip or improve symmetry without surgery. It adds rather than removes, so it suits some noses and not others — which is a consultation question.

What happens if I do not like the result?

Hyaluronic acid filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase, whether it was placed here or at another clinic. Patch testing may be required first.

Which filler brands do you use — Juvederm, Restylane or Versa?

All three. Juvederm (Allergan), Restylane (Galderma) and Revanesse Versa (Prollenium) are ranges rather than single products, and the formulation is chosen to suit the area being treated — flexible gels where the face moves, firmer ones where structure is needed. Versa's particles are more uniformly sized, which its manufacturer associates with less swelling in the days after treatment.
