Vitamin Injections
Targeted intramuscular shots, each aimed at a specific pathway. No downtime.
An intramuscular injection places a nutrient into muscle tissue, where a dense blood supply carries it into circulation without passing through the digestive tract. That matters because absorption through the gut depends on stomach acid, enzyme activity and intestinal health, all of which vary between people and decline with age. Each shot here targets a specific pathway rather than being a general tonic: B12 and B-complex for energy and nerve function, vitamin D for immune function and bone health, glutathione for detoxification and skin brightness, biotin for hair, skin and nails, CoQ10 for cardiovascular and cellular energy, Lipo-C and amino blends for fat metabolism. Vitamin D is offered at two doses, with the higher reserved for confirmed deficiency on lab testing rather than given routinely. If you are not sure which you need, a practitioner's choice shot lets your clinician decide after a brief review.

Common questions
How often should I have a B12 injection?
That depends on why you are having it — your levels, your diet and how you respond. Your clinician will set an interval rather than applying a default.
Injection or IV?
An intramuscular shot is quick, targeted at one nutrient and requires no downtime. An infusion delivers considerably more, in combination, and reaches concentrations a shot cannot. Shots suit maintenance; infusions suit a reset.
Which vitamin D dose do I need?
The standard dose covers most people. The high dose is reserved for confirmed deficiency on lab testing, not given routinely.
